Everything you need to know before renting a scooter with T&Y Elite Mobility in Bangkok.
Booking & Reservation
Minimum rental age: 18 years. Please contact us to confirm scooter availability before making a reservation.
Booking deposit: 200 THB (or 500 THB for rentals longer than 15 days). This booking payment is non-refundable and deducted from the rental total.
The security deposit for the scooter depends on the model and is separate from the booking payment. See the amount on the relevant scooter's price page.
🛂 Identity Documents
🇹🇭Thai customers
Present your original Thai national ID card and valid driving licence.
🌐International customers
Original physical passport required. Photocopies or digital photos alone are not accepted for identity verification. Our staff must inspect the original passport and make a copy directly from it for the rental record.

Por Ror Bor has limited statutory benefits and does not cover damage to the rented scooter or other property. Check your personal travel and motorcycle insurance before riding.

Private Airport & Intercity Transfers
Need a ride to or from your hotel, the airport or another city? We can help arrange a transfer through our professional driver partner. Prices and availability are provided on request.
Airport transfers: Suvarnabhumi (BKK) and Don Mueang (DMK). Intercity destinations: Pattaya, Hua Hin, Ayutthaya, Kanchanaburi and Rayong. Other destinations on request.
